Interval-Based Running Workout on the Track

Location: MetroSport in Folsom, CA to Vista del Lago High School, Folsom
Following the clinic, there will be a run workout at Vista Del Lago High School. We will run the 1-mile distance there and back from the store for our warm-up and cool-down. There will be a $10 charge to cover the cost of providing professional coaching from the certified coaches of Track Attack Running. The workout will be fun yet challenging with options for runners of all ability levels and will offer extended education on top of the clinic so it is well worth the price!
