Total Body Fitness

Total Body Fitness is not just Sacramento's premier multi-sport training, racing and travel company...it's a lifestyle. TBF has had an enormous positive influence on our lives (Chi-An and Tony, founders of Track Attack Running). From our first triathlon experience in 2002, to adventures in Thailand in 2003, to supporting the creation of Track Attack workouts in Sacramento in 2004, TBF believed in us from the start. There is no better network of multi-sport athletes and coaches in Sacramento, and few in the entire country that compare to Total Body Fitness. If you haven't participated in a TBF race, training class or adventure travel trip, you don't know what you're missing!

Specialized Multisport Training

Rhonda and Joey Figone are keeping the Track Attack tradition alive in the Folsom / El Dorado Hills area. As Track Attack Running coaches, Rhonda and Joey not only soaked up everything they learned like a sponge, they used their own experience and creativity to add their own special twist. Although accomplished athletes of their own, both Rhonda and Joey's true gift is in teaching others. Whether you are a beginning runner looking for direction or a veteran looking to take it to the next level, check out the programs offered by Specialized Multisport Training.

Furman Institute of Running

Many runners have asked us what they should do for training outside of their weekly Track Attack workouts. Soon after qualifying for the Boston Marathon in our first marathon at the PF Chang's Phoenix Rock 'N' Roll™ Marathon in 2007, we came across a book written by the gentlemen at the Furman Institute that validated the training methodology we use ourselves and profess to others. Run Less, Run Faster explains the benefits of running 3 days per week and cross training 2-3 days to maximize your running performance. Don't take our word for it, pick up a copy and see for yourself, we can attest their research matches our personal experience. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you for cross training!
